The Aussies are generally well aware of the risks if they go out hooning.

The Aussies really are crap drivers, the police only seem to have the idea that speeding is the only crime.that didn't look like a race to me,85mph!!! OMG think of the children!!!. These are the same clowns that 'done' Hamilton for doing doughnuts outside a grand prix circuit in front of motorsport fans.
The skylines were doing wrong, bit I'd hardly call it dangerous with danger of death. I've been to OZ and quite frankly I've been more scared driving down a motorway at legal speeds, clueless drivers,no indication, tailgating, generally doing everything apart from concentrating on the road.......but it's all ok cos no one is speeding .

Exactly, they obviously chose that piece of road at that time of day for a good reason, possibly to hear the reverbarations of their exhausts during a quieter time in the tunnel. Impounding their car's seems a bit extreme, but then they should have been a bit brighter than to post the video up on-line.
