Hi
Has anyone had any experience converting a cyclocross frame into a hybrid? Seems like it should be possible but I am a bit unsure about clearances etc - any comments welcome.
Cheers in advance

Are you converting a whole bike or just building up a frame?

All CX frames can take 35mm tyres so clearances shouldn't be an issue.

At the moment just waying up options, have tried MTB's and Hybrid's and must say I'm not totally convinced at the hybrid option considering the rides I do and my 5ft 8" height. For me the Hybrid would make more sense if I were closer to 6ft. What got me thinking was Ti Cyclocross frames seem to be better value second-hand than mtb ones.
Current favorite is a XC carbon mtb but we shall see.
