Not doing that one mate, but a 50 mile route in the Farnham Charity Bike Ride, raising money for the local hospice, where Dad passed away last year.

Good luck in yours though bow

How did you get on ?

I completed mine in just over 4 hours, which I thought was a good effort considering the heat (25+ and sunny from about 11am !)

Hi mate, thanks for asking!

Did the 50 miles in 3 hours, 20 minutes. A few too many hills for me, espeically in the last 10 miles!!

I've reviewed the ride and found that I'm pretty good on hills and crap on the flat - i.e. I blitzed past many others on the ascent, and then switched off on the flat - and they overtook me again!!!

Still, just asbout £500 raised for the local hospice smile

Good stuff !!!

I am the opposite - good on the flat (and mad on descents) but pants at climbing... on my way to shedding a couple of stone to help with that ;-)
