Useless. Never work late to get your car ready before going away on yet another exotic holiday, or come in specially on a Saturday. Never take the time to explain the work they're doing or what they think can wait. Always pick up the phone and moan about how busy they are only to be chatting about this or that 20 mins later - usually cars
but sometimes water skiing (wait till you see the legs and you'll understand!). Thinks he knows how to set up a competitve race car just because he re-built the engine and designed the suspension and aero.
And worst talking to the 'Tall Bloke' with the dodgy Audi sweetshirt makes your neck sore.
Yep highly recommended.

Agree with all the above - especially S6boy!! I've been using Matts services for about 5 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Matts a top bloke, knows exactly what he's talking about, talks for England, is honest and a damned good mechanic. The only reason I wouldn't recommend him is it makes him busier and therefore harder to book in with at short notice. My cars currently with him for service, gearbox rebuild and a few other issues.
FYI I drive a 90 mile round trip to take my car out to him and would happily double that to get the service I do.
