Saw this on the website of the guys I get my bike insurance through. Pointless, but I like it.

''It’s the ideal accessory for cyclists who demand the height of luxury on their camping trips – a fully-equipped, single-berth caravan designed to be towed by a bicycle.''

Wow - serious?
The "hammond organ" muzak on the vid makes me think it is a joke. Looks a little unstable, imagine that on a hill in a crosswind....

I'll say from towing my daughter around in her trailer that if this *was* real then it needs ro be seriously light to work. The combined weight of my daughter and her trailer is between 25 and 30Kg. That requires my lowest gear more often than not.

Throw the TV out (what are you going to plug it into?) and redesign it as a trailer tent so it doesn't present such a wind resistance. In fact, why doesn't anyone market something like that?

Needs to be slammed completely, the weight needs to be as low as possible and a trailer tent as above. As it is, it isn't staying upright in a cross wind!

They do, there are both tow-tents and carvans already available. Google is your friend.

Couldn't do that working from my phone today but now I'm back on the laptop, I can see what you mean:

FWIW I recall seeing a trailer for towing a kayak behind a bicycle being advertised on ebay when I was looking for a kayak about 2 years ago!!!
I can only imagine how much chaos that would cause at junctions etc with regard to emerging safely and taking a safe line around corners. Probably the very last combination a driver would expect to come across.
