Vancouver in flames
Discussion
Pretty unexpected response to the loss of the Stanley Cup Final (Ice Hockey) in Vancouver last night. Having spent quite a bit of time there recently I'm very surprised, it didn't feel remotely like a city that needed to riot.

Literally thousands of people going mental. You don't even see that at football games!
Ahem! The Huns V Man U in 2008; I recall a good deal of civil disorder, although of a smaller scale.Vytalis said:

Watched it live on the telly last night. Within 5 minutes of losing there was a car on fire in the streets.
You could see as the match progressed the outside broadcasts in Boston were friendly and full of joy, the ones in Vancouver were getting more and more depressed and people started leaving pretty early. Obviously just leaving the hardcore rioters.
Leave the violence on the rink.
