Drive To SCH On Sunday - Solihull/Redditch

Hi all, does anyone from the Solihull, Redditch area fancy forming a convoy to travel up to SCH on the Sunday morning?
Mike (Phillpot) and I are going to find a nice country route up and anyone is welcome to join us.

If more are interested then we'll sort out a meet venue, time, etc.

What sort of time do we wish to arrive at SCH gentlemen ?

I'll then try and come up with a route, meeting place and time to suit.

It's my first time (S Club Virgin ) so don't know how it works but
I'm an early bird and usually arrive early to meets.

It's not to far for us so I'll go with the flow.

I still need to print off all of the paperwork on this one, but wasn't it a 10:30 kick off at Weston Park? Hope that they're still doing brekky at that time though.

OK, how about this for a plan....

Option A
Meet 8.45am Sainsburys car park B97 6RF (fuel available) for 9 o'clock departure.

Option B
Meet little earlier at my house if not too many of us (2 mins from there B98 8EU)and I'll have the kettle on !

Route will be basically, Bromsgrove - Kidderminster - Bridgnorth - Shifnal - Weston Park.

Approx 52 miles, 1 hour 20mins on AA routeplanner

Actually the car has been having some bits done last week while I was on holiday but I'm hoping to collect Tuesday, fingers crossed

I'll be happy with meeting at the supermarket and going from there.

That was the idea, but maybe would be a little too much, will have to be a solo effort

Re some of you joining "on route" how about the Severn Valley Railway station as we drop into Kiddy on the A448 ?

Guess that would be 40-45 mins from Redditch, so 9.45 ish ?
