Got 2 on each Griff and one in the company car. Very good bit of kit and don't feel as secure when I'm in another motor that don't have one. Locks you in place and should help your back as you don;t slide around anywhere near as much.
About £35 each. Used to get mine from Car Limits but I think you can get them slightly cheaper on flea bay.

i have one on my chimaera (they have to be fitted back to front). i sold the 4.0 litre i first put the cg lock on and when changed over to my 5.0 litre i forgot i had not put the cg lock on, so i suppose it does not make that much difference to everyday road driving, even when i was " pushing on" :-)
it might make a difference on track days but i have no experience of track days.

I have one in my celica and think it is great. A couple of people have driven it and commented after they got over the hassle (none really) of applying it that it is really good. I feel a lot safer with it than without.

It aint a harness but it helps. Will be using mine whilst sprinting having used on track days.

The only other real alternative would be the corbeau retractable harness.

had one in my griff - makes a big difference, very worthwhile as you're held in place instead of sliding over the seat

I've been meaning to get one for a while as my skinny ass slides about in the seat. But do I remember that there were some fitting difficulties on certain TVRs? Can't imagine why that would be but I thought that I'd read it somewhere.

I had one in the Sag and a bit contrary to the above I thought it was rubbish but we all have our own opinions. I had to have the top of the seat belt bit that goes in the slot cut off to fit the CG lock on top of it.

Lots of people think they are great so I do not knock them really. I ended up fitting a harness bar and it is fantastic.

On chimaera and griffiths you have to fit them back to front with the login on the inside

Not necessary - just fit it backwards as described.

Personally, I think it's ok for the money - it's not as good as harnesses, but it's not as expensive either.
