I just hope the strip club 'Beavers' next door survives unscathed!

And there was I thinking the Co-op were all ethical and that.

[quote]Hertfordshire Police said they would be updating details of the incident on Facebook and Twitter

On one side I can totally see how that works, and on antoehr, it makes me want to cry.

OH and Watford has a strip joint? Excellent.

My home town too. I get married and go to Mauritius for my honeymoon, only to find Watford becomes interesting again. Oh, and the strip joint isn't all that.

My home town as well (did something in a previous life, obviously). Currently sat in an office just the other side of the town centre. Reaction here has tended to be frustration at the inconvenience and really rubbish jokes about how it won't be much of a stand-off if his bomb goes off, he won't have a leg to stand on etc etc.

Comment on the Watford Observer coverage "This isn't what you expect to happen in quiet and peaceful Watford". Does he live in the same town as me?!

Ah, possibly not. I left Watford Boys in 2000. Went to Queens for a year afterwards, which has now totally changed over the last few years.
My parents live in the Holywell estate but I'm now at Cassiobury. Hth. smile

I see the other thread was shut down. If only this one had indicated what it was actually about.

Any word if it was someone playing terrorist, or a raging lefty?

Or perhaps a local fruitloop?

Oh well, excitement over. Back to the Tiger Bus, the One Bell patrons and the regular local oddballs for entertainment.
