In IE8 I get a horizontal scroll bar all the time - this is because you've set the width on the body to 100% but not set the margin on it to 0px (IE by default pads the edge of the page).
Any reason you went with flash for the gallery? You could get the same effects with Javascript and it would work on iPhones/iPads (Flash won't).
Why not put details of your rates on the automotive portfolio page, I'd have assumed it was more expensive then that.
Also, regarding the automotive portfolio - there seems to be an error, it's got loads of TVR's and no Lotus's, it's going to be awful in the twisties
Other than that it's nice - lot's of photographers sites seem to be so busy showing how creative they are that they forget to make it useable. My favourite being the portfolio that consists of a single horizontal line of thumbnails stretching for 4 screens wide and when you select one it goes right back to the start....
Oh, and I didn't think there was a problem with posting a link and asking for reviews/opinions - it's when you start touting for business

It seems okay until you start browsing the images, it would be nice to have a 'next button' when the image is loaded from the thumbnail, I got bored after 2 clicks. Also, there are some images there that I'd remove or at least swap the order around so you start on a really strong photo.

Woah. That is MIGHTY cheap. I know you're not a pro so don't have to rely on this income but it'll take you years to pay back all your gear at those rates. Also, what happens if you shoot a car and the owner decides he only wants one photo?maffski said:

The general view from modland seems to be that it's often closet advertising and therefore removed. However you can post a link if it directly helps to answer an OP's question. Then again, if you are looking for shoe suppliers and somebody says 'I can supply shoes' it's not a great leap of logic to look at their profile!maffski said:

I used flash because I don't know how to build one in javascript haha. Saying that, I've made a javascript redirect for iphones/ipads which takes you to a page of photos in a list.

With regards to the price, I thought it might be a good way to lure customers in. If they buy 6 photos it works out about the same as what I was originally charging anyway. I figure that if someone has the photo shoot done then chances are they will be looking to buy more than 1...but I'm just trying it out at the moment, not sure if it's a good or bad idea!

Also, half the number of photos in the car section. You've got some great shots, but there are some right shockers in there which won't be helping you at all. Less is more sometimes...

Again another who expected a java lightbox with a next arrow to scroll through the images.
Oh and another simple touch would to have your name/logo as a link back to the 'Home Page'.
It's simple, clean and does the job.
I'm always looking at various sites, here is an unfinished site but you can see the potential. Add navigation and pages and it could be really nice. Something about BIG image sites that work for me and would be great for a photographers site:

The images load fine for me but it is annoying having to click back to the thumbnails, a next/prev 'area' or buttons would be nice.
Also, grab a javascript snippet to scramble your email address in the source code or it'll get trawled and you'll end up receiving spam for the rest of your life.
