Bad news for everyone else!
The BRDC British GT Championship has been boosted with the news that a second Saleen S7-R is to join the championship from this weekend onwards.
The car is to be run by Graham Nash Motorsport, already responsible for running one Saleen in the championship, will look after the car that will be driven by Nathan Kinch and Geoff Lister.
Kinch starred at Silverstone last year in the Group C sports car races, whilst Geoff Lister has been a regular winner in Porsches in the British GT Championship recently as well as racing in the American Le Mans Series and the FIA GT Championship.
The Saleen is regarded as the car to beat in the championship as the car of Ian McKellar/Thomas Erdos has won two of the three races held so far, and Kinch and Lister will be potential winners when the series visits Knockhill, Scotland, for round four this weekend.
