Did you really need 2 seperate threads for these questions?

Oh, and it's losing, not loosing.

If possible I think it is better to do this through diet. Eat as varied a diet as you can.
Not easy to do I know but could be more fun

Help with what?

You should have no issue covering all of your needs and dropping calories with a balanced diet.

Was listening to a Radio 4 show a while back, it had a nutritional expert on who said that every study he had done on people taking vit tablets showed a higher cancer rate in the tablet takers than in the control group. Something about an anti-oxidant becoming an oxidant if left in the body long enough.

He also said that he wouldn’t take any vitamin supplement, but that if he did it would be a low dose multi vit.
