Men's Health magazine article
Discussion
Anyone buy Men's Health magazine here?
I saw an article in the last issue (now not on the shelves anymore) that I wanted to write down but didn't have a pad at the time.
It was aboot a formula for eternal youth/keeping young that McMasters University had found, and it had a pin-wheel diagram of the minerals and vitamins they recommended. Does anyone have the magazine and the list?

I may have it still, will have a look later
Ta defcon!
After reading it regularly for a while I learnt to take what they say with a pinch of salt. Particularly "get this amazing six pack, in 6 weeks!" kind of headlines. A good read though to be fair.Halb said:
