Hi all, I've just got over a bad cold and in a week managed to lose nearly 2st.
I know this doesn't sound realistic but I'm a big lad so not eating was strange biggrin I like the scales now and was just wondering apart from carrying on not eating what can I do to carry this on?

Put less in your mouth and do more stuff than previously, put simply.

Don't get disheartened if a few pounds creep back on, as there'll be quite a lot of fluid loss to account for too.

Lots of ways really but the fastest and most effective are a good diet and training 3+ times a week.

Weight training + some cardio for the ones who want to look good at the end of it as opposed to every other skinny anorexic dude.

Eat healthily as you get back on to food. If your body isn't used to junk food, you won't miss it. We are currently going cold turkey on junk food and its hell!

Use a t'interweb/app thing to list what calories you are eating, it is quite scary how easy you can rack them up without realising.

As said before, you may put a few pounds on as your body sorts it self out but grab the chance of a kick start.

Add a few exercises gradually and google 'CLA' and 'Thermobol' if you want to help things along.

Good luck.

I'd generally agree with that although the jury is still out on CLA and thermabol is a horrible stimulant that some folk get bad 'sides' from, including me when I tried it. Thermabol isn't all that effective when considering what is out there.

Hence the 'google' rather than a rave. Can't use them personally due to the stimulants in them but know people who have been very successful with them along with a few who haven't been so taken with them. And one who consumed approx 5000 calories a day, sat on his arse and complained that they did nothing and he didn't loose any weight!
