V8S Purchase Feels Goooood !

Waited 20+ years for this moment!
After being blasted round the streets in a Wide Bodied 3000S back in the mid 80's as a teenager, I was sold....One day... and finally its come.
Purchased from Belfast and what a wonderful drive home.
Trying to forget the ferry but M53-M62-M6-M5-M42 Heaven....
At Hilton Park Services topping up with go-go juice a guy shouts out to me "She sounded beautiful as you shot past"
Yes Im very hooked.....

Hi Simon,Redditch V8S here too.Had mine about 6 months now and loving every minute.Will have to hook up sometime,theres been a couple of "mini" meets since I have joined as Norman said theres a few of us local.Amazing that 2 of only 400 made ended up in this little town. Anyway suns out so mite see you out there!

Hi Chris,Yes sorry for delayed reply we've been out touring around weather doesn't know what its doing...Blinking inconvenient ! Roof On, Roof Off Roof On.
Yes we'll have to meet up. I've a lot to learn and your 6 months ahead.
My wife and I are going to The Bull tomorrow, if your going ? Bite to eat and hopefully met up with other like minded Tiv'ers.

I'm the V8S in Solihull. I think that I got in just before you on the Bromsgrove for sale one from a few weeks ago? The owner said that he'd had someone else showing interest and that they were going to go after the Irish one.

I can't make the Bull tomorrow as I'm down to visit the lad at Un'y. Have a great time there.

Yes just missed out on her, Bromsgrove could have been a lot easier but my search continued and after a flight, a ferry and a wonderful drive back, I can join the V8S'ers
Yes just plan to go to SCH on the Sunday and the convoy idea sounds great.
If you can send me a PM we can swop details and meet up at some point and talk TVR.

Yes Keith was very open from the beginning about mileage and full documentation clearly shows the switch over
Now shows just over 19000 which really is in total about 36000 in real engine terms.
I'm very happy and she runs beautifully, you looked after her well.
Im sure at some point you will re-join the TVR clan again.
