Hi guys,

I've had a terrible migraine since i got back from work today. Its like i'm dying...

I've taken solphidine MAX, vitiman tablets, gingko biloba. I was going to go to the gym as i'm on a lifting program and i need to stick with it.

Might call it quits and go straight to bed. I've tried passing waste etc as i thought it might be that....still killing me..

Any quick remedies?

My son is prescribed imigran, if we give him a tablet early enough it can stop his impression of the exorcist, a godsend when you usually have to hold a bucket under his mouth for 8 hours.

I believe a version of it can be bought over the counter nowadays.

Overtraining and dehydration can cause very bad headaches.

You're not having a migraine. If you were you wouldn't be able to post on here.

But to answer your question, unless you're a chronic sufferer who needs prescription stuff and yellow glasses all the time, migralieve is the stuff you need. You get two types in a box, yellow and pink. pink is for the early warning signs you get immediately prior, and yellow as a powerful painkiller if you've missed those and your into full on migraine territory.

Bottom line is learn to recognise your warning signs.

I was going to say I have no experience of others symptoms but my son has to be in a totally dark room with black out blinds and vomits for England.

You may have a headache hehe

You're either having too much or not enough sex. Whichever is the case, do the opposite.

Why not try an Alka Seltzer (I'm not saying you've been drinking bear with me) they have painkillers, anti sickness stuff, stuff for the liver etc etc.

might help

Stop posting and get to bed in a darkened room. Do I sound like your Mum?
