Repetitive Strain / Trapped Nerve - Shoulder

SWMBO has a very painful shoulder. Caused by too much decorating over the last couple of weeks, funny though that is, she is in a lot of pain.

Quacks have given her diazapan/co-codomol (allergic to nurofen) to alleviate symptoms but it doesn't appear to be getting much better.

Any advice out there, was wondering whether a visit to a sports clinic may help?

"pop a pill" fix from useless GP fails again shocker... At least the GPs are getting rich, huh?

Rest then sound exercise cures all muscular/joint/bone injuries. Pills just make the rich richer.
