Promotional copies of games...

Seen a fairly new game on ebay i've been looking to get and then today theres a new listing which is a promotional copy of the game. Its up for £15, all the other games on buy it now are up for at least £30.

Anyone ever encountered any problems with promo copies? I'm assuming you cant trade these games in on the high street but surely it'd be ok to resell on ebay?

Looks like a PAL game, but anything else i should look out for?
