Alfa 147 Power Steering Noise

Hi guys,

I am using a 52 plate 1.6 Alfa 147 at the moment and it has started to a make a grinding noise from the power steering when I turn the wheel – before I call the garage, is this likely to be an expensive fix or can I just keep running it as is?
