Help Door removal!

Hi guys,
Looking for a wee bit of help here. I was having trouble opening the door on the Alfa, and now it will only open from the outside. Me being me decided to start to take off the door panel to see if there is a wire to adjust. I have removed all the screws but the only thing that now seems to be holding fast is the handle itself.
Has anyone removed a interior before that might be able to advise me what I am missing to get this off??
