We took the GTA away for its first long trip on our holiday in Europe. Headed back home this last weekend with an awesome blast across Germany and France. The weather was hot and humid and while waiting to get the car on Euro Tunnel noticed that the passenger footwell was well wet. The aircon had been on for the entire journey. Thanks to a quick search on PH it seems there is an issue with the overflow on the aircon drain. Has anyone sorted this themselves and can provide some details. I assume the pipe just gets pinched somewhere?

The car is still covered by warranty, maybe it's just worth putting it into the garage.

Can anyone shed any light on this issue.

Cheers, Red.

Think the drain just gets clogged with dirt / leaves etc and overflows into the pax footwell?

On my 156 the pipe had fallen off, Richard at Medway Auto's refitted it no more problems!
Apparently it isn't the easiest bit to access!

Thanks... So where do you gain access? I'm having trouble finding the dam thing.

From inside the car/head/hands up under the dash?

From inside the engine bay?

From underneath?

Any clues.

from the engine bay look at the firewall, you should see a hose with no connection on it.
