Are Alfa mito's noted for head gasket issues?

just looking around for a short term runabout of one of the kids, and a Mito 1.4 (not multiair) caught my eye.
its a bit scruffy and over 100k miles but cheap. havent driven it but it started on the button with no issues - nothing unusual coming out of the exhaust, but I noted a little bit of mayo in the top of the oil filler cap. Are there noted for head gasket issues or it more likely its a bit of condensation??
