Guilia DAB - no signal

We picked up our Giulia QF last Friday. All very lovely but when I try and select DAB it always says 'no signal'. I've tried in various places so I don't believe it's an issue with an actual lack of available reception.

Am I missing something obvious in getting DAB working please? It's got the Harmon Kardon package so it should have DAB I believe?

Thank you, looks like there's at least a couple of things to try before getting the dealer to have a look

Update on this for posterity - ignoring the ‘No Signal’ DAB message and just tuning the channel anyway seems to work.

It doesn’t seem as good at clinging on the DAB signal as our last Mercedes, but it does work at least.
