Gear Knob issues

I have just started to upgrade and refurbish my current car. (MK2 Punto) and have discovered underneath the gear knob a screw which is attached to the gear knob. This is worn down as the whole gear knob is attached to the shaft by sellotape, please refrain from laughing any help on where i could get a replacement screw as it is a pain in the arse.
