I posted in GG but little interest there. Any help appreciated! Or I'll have to trawl Italian enthusiast sties instead, thanks! smile

I am looking for a drive in, drive out option for gaining at least 220bhp. Not just a chip swap, but proper engineering.

You probably need to head to AH Motorsports www.alfacare.co.uk. I'm sure they had performance mods for the Mito at one time on their website, but buggered if I can find it now.

assuming of course you want to get to 220BHP and not gain an additional 220 BHP!

Alternatively - just get a 145 ;-)

There's a red dot remap and dyno day on the 30th. Know Alfas inside out. Will save you a fortune on the price of what the others charge. Run by Italians who know their stuff. I've had 6 of my Alfas done there, GTA's the works. Would t trust anyone else. Ahm at overpriced with their £80 an hour and no idea how long it will take lark.

Don't Monza Sport down in Sussex offer a comprehensive tuning package too?

Speak to Fred at ProAlfa smile, i was going to get him to do my MiTo QV when i had it but decided to get a Giulietta QV instead. Him and chris have done a bit to my GQV and its now 300bhp with the work they have done and im really happy with it. Fred used to work for Fiat/Abarth and done the mapping for the 500 Abarths in europe so knows his stuff thumbup

Great replies so far. Thanks guys!

We are still debating whether the Fiat 500 Abarth might be a better tuning platform, due to the large weight saving. But we'll see...

if you choose either the MiTo or 500 Abarth Fred is the man to talk too for sure, he worked on the Abarth rally team too and they are building a MiTo racecar at the moment for the Alfa racing series thumbup
