Panda 100hp 50 tyres with -10mm suspension

All, so I have nearly bought a Panda. It needs new front tyres and I am thinking of changing for the 50's but the car has recent bilsteins and koni springs at 10mm lower, will 50's be OK due to the lowered suspension? Also I will just replace the front ones, is that ok to mix axles? Cost is the main issue.
