I think it's from a Thema 8V turbo, though the two results the part number returns on Google are 8v Integrale? Are they the same? Has anyone got any more info? I suspect it would be of use to someone with one or the other. I assume it's of no use in a Beta VX or IE.

Thanks

That's correct, and they are both the same. Different turbo on the Thema, same flange though. No good for a VX or IE. I know the VX has larger exhaust studs than the IE, but can't remember if the exhaust manifold is different, sold my VX in 2007. Really really wish I hadn't.

I'm guessing it came from, or was for, a Thema Turbo my dad had many years ago. It looks fine visually so I assume It will be of use to someone.

Thanks - My fathers Beta IE is very slowly being checked over and prepared to (maybe) return to the road after 20 years. The VX is arguably the more interesting car, but requires a little more work, and the Recaro interior has not lasted as well as the normal one.

Yeah that zegna fabric doesn't seem to hold together well. I think Omicron can supply it, or else have a look ay betaboys?

The fabric is bad, but the overall construction is quite weak too.

Priority at the moment is sorting the fuel tank on the IE. Old oxidized petrol gunk is horrible stuff, even before you get to the rust. I might have sourced a replacement though. Betaboyz is a useful resource.

I used a POR 15 fuel tank repair kit when I restored my Fulvia. It's a three stage process. It cleaned out the inside of the tank really well, and the paint sealed all the small rust pin holes in the top of the tank.
