For UK 2022 models, were printed user manuals always supplied with each car?

I recently bought a 2022 E Class and there isn't a printed user manual in the car.
I obviously have access to the online version, but a printed one would be easier to study, particularly when first learning about the various features.

If they were originally supplied, presumably a new one might still be obtainable at the spares counter.
