2007 CLK Auto window closing reset?
Discussion
My CLK has the automatic opening facility for all windows, operable from the key. I don't use it very often, but it is useful for rear seat passengers as it makes it easier to get in or out with the window down. However, I went to use it today and it no longer seems to work, either up or down.
The key fob had a new battery recently and I was pointing directly at the little square on the drivers door handle, but no joy. Is there a reset, maybe via the Comand system, to get this working or is it likely to be fubar and need a new part? Shame if it is as that will be the very first fault in the car since new and over 50000 miles!

Im not aware of any re-set for this,
As you know if you use the facility now and then it works via infa-red so the key almost has to touch the reciever in the handle.
I have replaced that part of the handle for vehicles with the same fault before. Part not that expensive and if your ok with a screwdriver easy to fit yourself, it would need painting.(if it is that)
