Another CLS upgrade question

Hi,

I recently bought a 55 plate CLS 320 cdi. The guy I bought it from was the 1st owner and collected it new from the factory.

He told me, when he collected it, he immediately took it to another company very close to the factory who did something to the engine to increase the BHP. Apparently this outfit are well known to MB and are the only ones who can tune/upgrade without affecting the warranty.

He had forgotten the name of the company and what the nature of the upgrade was so I thought I'd ask if the story rang any bells with anyone here.

He was a top bloke and not the kind to make up story's so I'm pretty sure he's not bullstting me.

Think you are looking for Brabus, check their web site and if your local dealer is any good they will know about the MB / Brabus tie up.

Thanks, I was thinking the same.
Is there a way I can tell if it has the Brabus chip, or is it well hidden?

There should be a little sticker on one of your windows saying 'Brabus inside'
