CLS 55 AMG to SL500

Evening Folks, my old man is looking to sell his current 2005 CLS 55 AMG approx 60k miles and pick up an SL500 for the summer. What do people think the current market rate is for the CLS 55 AMG? BTW it's Black with Black interior.

Also, came across this SL500 http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/2010... What's the general consensus on it from a condition, options and value perspective?
