Brabus D4 ? What is it ? spotted one

Seen on the A3 last night an E class i think estate with a large brabus badge and only had D4 after it whats the spec of a D4 ? anyone know ?

Its a tuning package from Brabus

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe the D4 tuning kit was applied to the old (W203) C-Class, C209 CLK and W211 E-Class with 4 cylinder diesel engines - I think it was the 200 CDI or 220 CDI.

I'm certain someone on here will be able to correct me if I'm wrong, and give some power figures

It's a bit of silly screen name, but all good fun

But I have a correction to my original information.
The D4 was actually applied to the Mercedes 2.7 litre 5 cylinder Turbo Diesel engine. This engine was used in the CLK, E-Class and C-Class. My mistake!

I have just bought an 04 E Class Brabus D4 saloon, seems its rare as hens teeth and I've no idea if it's value .

Its a brabus tuning box and an engine cover marked as brabus sold as a package and badged up as D4 or D6 depending what engine its on.

Mercedes charged a pretty penny for it to the original owner of my old CLS when it was spec'd new costing £3500
