Amazingly the handbook doesnt tell you which oil to put in. There is a splurge about why you should use Mobil 1, but does anyone know what grade I should use? 10W40? Ive done 13000miles and its getting low.
The back of your manual should give you a Merc spec sheet number, it'll be 229.3 or 229.5 or something like that, that number is also printed on the side of oil containers so you should be able to match up what you need.
