recommendation for independent MB servicing N. London

I had a problem with an auto gearbox in my estate. It was basically f****d. So on recommendation I took it to MercTech in Park Royal. Worst experience ever. They sat on the car for two weeks (said they couldn't source a replacement). So I turned up and said 'hand it over'. They said Ok, and that's £30 please.

Eh? I wasn't having that, and threatened all sorts before they handed me the key back. I then took it all the way up to PC Merc who instantly (Richard) saw a number of things that were obviously wrong, how long they would take, and throw in a 6 month guarentee on the 'box. They delivered on time and were pleasant throughout. Well worth it.

For me in life it's the little things. The chaps there called when they said they would and offered me no bull. Very straight and professional.

I had my CL500 serviced a number of times there - and I live in North London

Exceptional prices, service and I would be gobsmacked if you were not happy.

He will drop you to the station, two stops to Portsmouth, do some shopping etc, then when all serviced, meet back at the station and off to London you go.

Would bring any car of mine there without hesitation
