I have one that has been in dry storage for a while. NO Tax or MOT needs a door skin and some scratches from someone keying the bootlid (pretty light though). 100K miles decent MB history, full leather.

Question is what is it worth right now and say if I bothered to get it MOT'd etc.

I'm no expert but from a quick look at classifieds seems that half decent ones are £3500 to £5000 offered. I see cheaper ones as low as £1500. I'd either tart it up & advertise it at £3250 or leave as is and advertise at £2500 and see what happens.

The problem with a car like this is that one doesn't really know what it's like underneath, whether the SLS is still sound, whether the brake pipes have rotted or worse the pipes for the SLS...

In unMOTd state £500-£750 as a breaker? MOTd £1500...so worth getting an MOT on it if you can be bothered...at the very least you'll then know just how sound the car is...
