Yup, but the explaination is simple.....it's not a Bi-Turbo! LOL
This car has the 5.9 litre 36 valve N/A V12, with roughly 396ish bhp, IIRC. The Bi-Turbo has a 5.5 litre 36v Bi-Turbo V12 with that mighty 500bhp

First of all, it's an "02" reg car. I'm positive the Bi-Turbo wasn't introduced intil "52" reg.

However, that isn't the only clue. The tail lamps are pre-facelift, as is the interior sat-nav and switch gear. If you view pictures of a pre-facelift CL vs. a post-facelift car, you'll easily spot the differences
