Help.. V6 cylinder configeration

I need to work out the cylinder configeration on a ML320, looking at the front of the car which is one & six, I've got a fault on No.3 and I'm not sure which it is?

No-1 is o/s/f
No-6 is n/s/r

No-3 is o/s/r
