Wife loaded CD - still making me laugh now!

Just picked up new (to us) CLK for my wife. She loaded her CDs into the changer and then told me it wasn't working "it still says it's empty". So I read the manual and then went out and looked at the car.
I opened the glovebox, then opened the CD multichanger and pulled out the 6 CD cassette holder. It was empty.
I then looked in the CD storage holders next to the autochanger unit and all of them were full!
