E320 CDi Xenon lights

My dad has just bought a 2003 E320 CDi Avantgarde.

The two big headlights on the outside are xenon lights, but the 2 small lights (between the big lights and the grill) are normal yellow lights. Does anyone know if they are sold like this, and what the steps are in making the 2 small lights xenon also? Is it just a case of replacing the bulbs?

The two inner lights are now Xenon on the new models so perhaps you could change to the newer style lights; although I could see this being very expensive. You dad just has Xenon's rather than bi-xenon's hence the difference in the two lights.
