Replacement tyres SL55 AMG

The time has come to replace my worn Pirellis, and I'm toying with the idea of some Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas all round, but....there doesn't seem to be a 285/35 R18 size available. So, would the 295/30 R18 or 295/35 R18 be better? I've read several very enthusiastic write ups about these tyres including MB forums, EVO, AutoExpress etc, and they seem like a really good tyre. Anyone got in depth knowledge of tyre size vs. performance?
