serpentine belt on c220cdi engine??? tensioner question..

Folks,
Has anyone a clue how to detention the pulley to whip a new belt on. The old one has a few smallish cracks on it, so have bought another.

Normally a lever or ratchet on the pulley anticlockwise does the job, but can't figure this one out.
