A friend of mine works for a big German company that installed the alarms and security at McLaren. SLR's are built in a huge room by hand in what resembles an operating theatre. How cool is that.
There was a beauty outside Charing Cross Hospital Tuesday lunchtime.
A bit like Jenna Jameson, awesome from the rear.

I was thinking the same lol....

They really are amazing cars, especially if you ever get to work on one and peel away the aero floor and see what they really are.

Maybe some do if they are manuals, but the SLR's are ALL automatics & so have a torque converter even with paddle shift ,NO CLUTCH .

I was only going by what I was told. I know nothing about cars, I just drive them. It wasnt my car so I wasnt bothered what was wrong with it. The guy who put it on the RAC truck said it was the clutch so that was what I beleived.

So out of your extensive driving /ownership hiSTORY , how many MANUAL cars with CLUTCHS have you driven/seen that say P-R-N-D next to the gear lever & DONT have a CLUTCH PEDAL ?
For sake, what is this, its ing obvious it doesnt have a clutch pedal.

I think somewhere on here there was actually a pic of me on the roundabout at the M1/a453 roundabout where I was stuck. I cant be arsed to trawl through the threads to find it though.

You clearly haven't ever met Will. If you had you'd know he is teling the truth.
I've personally seen him in the Lambo, the Aston and a Fezza (or two). Plus he's very kindly given lots of people rides. making out he's a story teller is simply wrong. wind your neck back in
