Spark Plugs

I am about to give the SLK a 30,000 mile service and thought in doing so would change the spark plugs they must be well past their sell by date now.

Whats the general opinion on the best spark plugs to use?

Factory ones are NGK R1's, MB Part number A 0031599403 @ £8.57 each.

Did you get the new rollover hoops on for the summer ?

Yes mate I did. Think I will stick with the Factory spark plugs I have always rated NGK anyway. Although I will shop around for the price rather than the stealership.
