up to £35K SL . . .
Discussion
we are selling both our cars so that we can "consolidate" into just 1!
My wife likes an occassional drink and I like driving and after a long debate we have got our choices down to a Mercedes - either and SLK 350 Cab or an SL.
Any tips, hints, dos, donts etc etc
I prefer the SL - especially for the long, once a week drive I have to do.

PS - we have an SLK 320 Manual (2001) and a BMW Z3 M (2002) Roadster to get rid of!

All I can say is I have just ordered an SLK 350 after test driving that and an SL. If you want a wafting cruiser get the SL but if you want something more fun and sporty it has to be the SLK. The 350 V6 is a wonderfully smooth powerplant!

oooooooooops - I meant CLK 350 cab!!!
Sorry

If there's only two of you, what's the point of two extra seats in a CLK? Get the SL for the folding hard top. If you can find an SL with air suspension, it will be a sportier ride than the CLK - which is a car for rather orange, slightly ageing, bottle blondes Sorry

Good decision! Hope you enjoy it. All you need is an ancient Nokia phone to complete the setup Khushy
