hello friends
just seriously contemplating the sl 65 05 though this is a cat d
a real strech for me in motoring asperations!!
not much said about the 65 on pistons so makes me 'mr green man' on cars more curious.
anyone got one,mpg,good old fatherly advice

Phatgixer on here has a glorious red one.

Have a look around the Vmax forum on here.

SL65's don't seem to like to be left standing for too long without all sorts of electrical gremlins cropping up due to the secondary battery draining. If it's been stood for a while this might be a problem.

Fantastic cars, what sort of money is it being offered for ?

I know absolutely nothing about running costs. I have however passengered in Phatgixers SL65 at VMAX and fully intend joining the SL65 massif when they are a little further down the depreciation curve.

Verging on a dragster. Marvellous. biglaugh

Cat "d" doesn't invalidate warranty, so any issues will be reapired.
