See what you mean....way too cheap aren't they.

Practically the same phone number (though hundreds of miles apart)confused

For more details about this sale use the "CLICK HERE TO EMAIL ME" link on this page. I am not always available on the phone

Doesn't exactly inspire you with confidence

To report, just click on Report to Administrator which is top right of the large photo.

ETA: Left & Right mixed up

I have e-mailed this guy for the SL55 and had reply, seems ok but don"t they all ! Subsequently spoke to a friend of mine in the trade and asked his opinion, the hpi check was ok, verified everything i.e. no finance, no accidents, mileage etc. Only thing that came up was a cherished number plate was taken off recently.
Im close to jumping on a plane to go and have a look at this car.
Whats your thoughts ?

Don't know what it is about the ads, something just doesn't seem right.

Much too cheap.

Think I'm going back to that *If it seems too good to be true it probably is* saying

Seen something similar to this where they are simply obtaining email addresses to sell on!

Be careful - have you HPI'd it on the VIN too? The replating is a common trick too. He hasn't told you that it's in "bond" in a warehouse somewhere has he? There have been a spate of these on PH and ebay. Read the thread on the Porsche board for info...

BE CAREFUL.

We have had some instances in recent days of very good cars being advertised for extremely LOW prices. We are implementing further fraud protection at the moment to hope to try and capture these before they get advertised.

This specific one I cannot (yet) comment on, but will investigate now and request approval from the PH hierarchy.

Tony, I don't think that the car is in the classifieds any more - I had a look after posting.

We've withdrawn about 20 ads overnight that were from fraudsters.

New filters have also been added to our system.

Please use the 'report' link to the top right of any ads that you have concerns about.
