thinking of buying a CLK 320 - 03 . . . .

with the command system + phone pre-wire + CD Changer - 2 questions . . .

1 - what do I need to buy to utilise the phone system in the car - is it just the cradle + phone?
2 - is there anyway that an iPod can be used without a crappy FM transmitter?

I have just got two of them for me and my business partner, you will not be disappointed!
Very powerful car too!!

Just went for the TPW, Leather and COMAND.

No need for CD Changer - there is a Line Out jack in the glovebox for any MP3 player to plug into and work thru the AUX selection on the audio system. Fantastic.

Also, the single CD slot on the dash console doubles as a DVD Player and runs on the satnav screen with brilliant sound, I must say that was a nice little bonus when we found that out!

well - we missed a STUNNING cab earlier in the week - the saleman was an hour too slow and the car got sold - we are now looking for another - hopefully be in the CLK soon!

Thanks for the reply - so if it has a CD changer in the glovebox - can I remove it and use the aux wire then?

Also does the single-slotter do MP3's?
