S class business edition What extra does this model have?

Whats the spec on these cars and how do they differ?

I know one extra were rear working tables which fold out form the back of one or both front seats.
Are they purely in "L" S-Classes?

As to any other extras, I'll have to hand over to other PHer's in the know!
