Not for the M-B Purist, but is it wrong I like this??

This SL has been floating around the used car market for a few years now, but I have to say I like, and would buy if I could.....is that wrong? Does it actually look awful?

No it's not wrong to like it. Looks like one of their better makeovers, it works with black, probably would look crap with light colours. Certainly better than some of the stuff I've of seen them do to Porsches.

Let me put it this way: the original R129 looks way better

I like that, not sure about the interior colour though, I think Alpaca would have suited it better
