SL 55 Command Upgrade

I have a friend who is looking at a 03 SL55 but does not like to command screen. Is it possible to retrofit the newer wide screen command? If so any idea how much?

Around £2k for an an independant to do it with a used screen, or around £5k for a dealer to do it.

We've used a place in the North East to retrofit COMAND (cockpit management and navigation display) for us and they've done a great job, I'll try and find out who we use.
